Payment Method

  • Payments must be done via bank transfer.
  • Payment information will be sent to you on a confirmation email once your registration is submitted.

Payment Terms

  • 50% (non - refundable) deposit is required in order to register and confirm your team.
  • 50% final deposit is required 1 month before the Challenge.
  • A USD 1,500 (refundable) deposit for your tuk tuk. This amount will be blocked (pre-authorization) from a credit card provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 1 month prior to event - 50% cancellation charges apply.
  • From 1 month prior to event  – 100% cancellation charges apply.
